Digital Alberta held their 2012 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 17 at Innovate Calgary. With many members in attendance and a full slate of nominees there was exciting conversation about the state of the digital media industry in Alberta and how Digital Alberta is positioned to provide leadership and opportunity for members of this community. Alberta is a very exciting and dynamic place to be these days and the technology sector - digital media in particular is proving to be especially vibrant! As we close out one era and embark on a new journey, it is important that we recognize the legacy that we leave behind is makes our organization better!
Tuesday night was a very clear indication that DA is a great organization worthy of people's time and commitment and above all passion for industry!
It is with heartfelt thanks that we say goodbye to some of our board members who have served their terms and with deep enthusiasm that we welcome aboard new ones!
